Imagine growing up as the only Black family in a Sundown Town. That was my reality, and those experiences of doubt and isolation became the fuel for my fire. I turned those challenges into a mission: to help women everywhere step into their power and Own Their Awesome.

I'm not just talking about tapping the glass ceiling; I've shattered it. As the first Black woman to headline a national sales conference and founder of the National Association of Women Sales Professionals,  I'm driven by the possibilities that open up when we refuse to back down. My titles –  4x Salesforce Top Sales Influencer, LinkedIn Top Sales Voice, and 2x author – are a testament to my commitment to changing the game for women.

My podcast, "It's True, with Cynthia Barnes," is more than entertainment; it's a call to action. It's about sparking transformation, advocating for diversity and inclusion, and igniting the unstoppable rise of women in leadership.
