We Are #WomenWhoSell

From the Founder

I founded the National Association of Women Sales Professionals (NAWSP) to accomplish three specific objectives: increase the number of women in corporate sales, provide women in sales with the professional development to reach the Top 1%, and help companies with their diversity and inclusion efforts to attract, hire, develop, and retain women sales professionals.

As a Women in Sales expert, sales trainer, keynote speaker & overall Bawse Lady (except when it comes to singing—I can’t sing), my top goal has always been to empower women sales professionals through learning and development. To me, it’s not about sales; it’s about providing women with the resources to reach your full potential and be the best version of yourself. These principles, along with the relentless quest for success, are at the core of who I am, & have been the keys to my success.

Since NAWSP movement began in 2016, we have experienced explosive growth resulting in over 12,500 members spanning over North America and Europe. Our members love NAWSP for the mentoring opportunities, career development, and access to the companies who recognize the benefits that women bring to the workforce. Whether you're a woman sales professional or a corporation who supports #WomenWhoSell join us.
